Job Title: Production Associate / Assembly

$18-$23/hour depending on the role

Essential Skills

  • At least 2 years of manufacturing experience in a production or machine operator role.
  • Proven ability to maintain strong job tenure and stable employment history.
  • Demonstrated reliability and commitment to consistent attendance in a structured point-based attendance system.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to perform precise visual inspections to identify defects such as flash, scratches, dents, and chips.
  • Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers for spot checks and quality verification.
  • Experience with production, assembly, and machine operation in a manufacturing setting.
  • Comfort working in a foundry environment that may be dirty, dark, and loud, with some heavy lifting required.
  • Flexibility to work 2nd and 3rd shifts and adapt to shift changes within the year.
  • Basic familiarity with mold operations, machine operation, forklift environments, and foundry processes.
