Requisitos Principales:
  • Estamos contratando un encargado general que será responsable de múltiples departamentos.
  • El puesto requiere sólidas habilidades de liderazgo, coordinación y experiencia técnica para dirigir diversos equipos que trabajan en embarcaciones navales, comerciales y de lujo.
  • Se requiere experiencia previa en reparación de embarcaciones.
  • Conocimiento profundo de operaciones mecánicas, eléctricas, de pintura y de trabajos de metal en la industria marina.
  • Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos de ingeniería y dibujos técnicos.
  • Supervisar y coordinar los diferentes departamentos para garantizar que todo el trabajo cumpla con los estándares de la industria y los plazos del proyecto.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con gerentes de proyectos, ingenieros y clientes para asegurar la correcta ejecución de reparaciones y modificaciones.
  • Revisar cronogramas de trabajo, asignación de recursos y necesidades de materiales para los diferentes departamentos.
  • Realizar inspecciones y controles de calidad para garantizar altos estándares de mano de obra.
  • Capacitar, orientar y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo para mejorar sus habilidades y productividad.
  • Identificar y resolver problemas técnicos que surjan durante la ejecución del proyecto.
  • Debe poder permanecer de pie, agacharse, estirarse y levantar hasta 50 libras.
