Company:

Protosthetics is a company based in Fargo, ND, whose mission is to provide clinically valuable manufacturing and product solutions to the orthotic and prosthetic market. Through design, manufacturing, and distribution of prosthetic and orthotic devices, primarily via 3D printing, we are able to serve as a full-service central fabrication facility and provide onsite 3D printing solutions for our clinical partners.

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Development Intern to join our team. This position will be located in our Fargo, ND office. The Sales Development Intern will be responsible for generating leads, booking meetings, and supporting the sales process through a variety of channels. Additionally, the Sales Development Intern will collaborate with team members to help optimize sales and marketing initiatives and support business development efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients within the O&P industry, including cold calling and email outreach.
  • Assist in market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
  • Help maintain CRM databases and update sales reports to track progress and performance.
  • Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and trade shows as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Current student at a North Dakota university or college
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Interest in the healthcare industry and Orthotic or Prosthetic devices is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRMs is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is preferred
