Overview
The Senior Associate, Client Operations will be part of a growing Client Operations team on a well-known client. This position has tremendous learning potential and provides the opportunity to work on a high-energy, highly visible account.
The Senior Associate supports the Operations Associate Director and Operations Supervisor with processes, systems management and general operations tasks as delegated. The person in this position will become very familiar with billing processes and reporting. The ideal candidate is someone with an analytic mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Operations Supervisor with miscellaneous Operations tasks and projects
  • Project-manage large teams for specific deliverables on a monthly or ad hoc basis
  • Work with entire investment team to lead monthly processes internally and externally
  • Pull and compile data monthly or as-needed
  • Provide system support and access control for MediaTools and MBOX

Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience in operations, finance, project management or data analysis, preferably in a media agency or advertising agency
  • Understands and can meet deadlines
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced and constantly-changing environment
  • Able to multitask and take on a variety of projects
  • Must be pro-active, curious, and a creative problem solver
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention-to-detail a must
  • Demonstrated critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Able to work successfully with teams and different personalities
  • Familiarity with the MediaTools planning tool is a plus

Compensation Range: $ 49,305 - $ 65,415 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
