Senior Semiconductor Test Engineer (Teradyne J750 / IG-XL)
Location: Andover, MA (Boston Area) – Onsite
Experience: 5+ Years
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Semiconductor Test Engineer with expertise in Teradyne J750/J750Ex and IG-XL to develop, debug, validate, and optimize Automated Test Equipment (ATE) programs for mixed-signal semiconductor devices. The successful candidate will support products from first silicon through high-volume manufacturing.
Responsibilities-
Develop and debug ATE test programs using Teradyne J750/J750Ex and IG-XL.

Design and review DIBs, Load Boards, and Probe Cards.

Perform silicon bring-up, characterization, and failure analysis.

Support production release and OSAT manufacturing.

Optimize production yield and test time (TTR).

Collaborate with Design, Validation, DFT, and Product Engineering teams.

Implement and verify DFT features including SCAN, BIST, and JTAG.

5+ years of Semiconductor ATE Test Engineering experience.
