About this PositionSeeking a reliable professional to assist department members with general office and administrative tasks. Candidate must have intermediate Excel and Word skills (data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, basic formulas, document formatting, proofreading), be comfortable working in multiple web based systems, and demonstrate strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information. Role is intended to support day to day operations in a fast paced environment.
Hourly rate $25/hour
Hybrid position, 2 days in the office

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, technical, and communication skills to support department.

Administrative & Organizational Skills

  • Proven experience providing general administrative support in a professional office setting
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information

Technical Proficiency

  • Microsoft Excel (Intermediate): data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, sorting/filtering, formatting, and use of basic formulas
  • Microsoft Word (Intermediate): document creation, editing, formatting, use of templates, and proofreading
  • Comfortable navigating multiple webbased systems, shared drives, and internal platforms with the ability to quickly learn new tools

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across teams
  • Strong written communication skills, including professional email correspondence and documentation
  • Ability to clearly summarize information and provide accurate status updates

Multitasking & Work Style

  • Proven ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining quality and deadlines
  • Strong timemanagement and followup skills
  • Ability to work independently after initial guidance

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing work flows and projects
  • Processing of chargebacks
  • Creating folders with applicable documents
  • Generating letters
  • Generating templates
  • Completing surveys
