  • Analyze campaign, operational, and performance data to identify trends, forecasts, risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators that help teams measure business performance.
  • Validate data accuracy and perform quality checks before reports or insights are shared with stakeholders and on an on-going basis.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
  • Use SQL and enterprise data warehouse sources to investigate data issues, reconcile reporting differences, and support dashboard development.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, business-friendly way to internal teams and client-facing stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing improvements to BI reporting processes, data definitions, and reporting standards.
  • Assist with report distribution, documentation, and user support.
  • Learn and support Credico’s BI tools, data sources, and internal reporting processes.
  • Other duties as assigned or are necessary that support the overall business needs.
EDUCATION

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong SQL skills, including: joins, aggregations, filtering, and data validation.
  • Experience working with data from an enterprise data warehouse, database, or structured reporting environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical or analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting client-facing reporting, campaign analytics, sales analytics, or operational performance reporting.
  • Experience documenting KPI definitions, data sources, report logic, or business rules.
