Job description

Associate Ecommerce Systems SpecialistPay Rate: 35.00-42 per hourOnsite - Holland, MI6 month contract

Provide support for the administration and maintenance of Direct to Consumer (DTC) IT infrastructure. Assist senior team members with configuring, installing, and maintaining server spplications and hardware.

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

 Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field of study

 Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education

 Work Experience: No professional experience required.

salary: $35 - $42 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 Order Management: Manage and process custom product orders, special requests, and orders from various platforms and retail partners.

 Issue Resolution: Monitor and resolve order processing issues and integration errors across multiple platforms to maintain system integrity.

 Performance Reporting: Generate performance reports for vendors and internal systems to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.

 Shipment Monitoring: Process and monitor shipment updates between platforms, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

 System Integration: Monitor system integrations for errors, ensuring seamless data flow and addressing any issues that arise.

 Data Management: Process bulk product data updates in SAP and Brightpearl, and conduct pricing and lead time audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

 Fulfillment Updates: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment updates across multiple platforms.

 Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.

 Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.

 Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
