  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly), exercising judgment in data modeling, metric selection, and visualization.
  • Evaluate data quality and resolve inconsistencies through root-cause analysis and collaboration with data owners.
  • Monitor and assess KPIs and IT performance metrics, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions or enhancements.
  • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests by determining appropriate methodologies, validating assumptions, and presenting findings.
  • Summarize insights and recommendations for stakeholders through written analyses, dashboards, and meetings.

Process Analysis and Documentation - 30%
  • Analyze existing technology and reporting processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, or improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, performance metrics, and reporting standards.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by evaluating performance data, tracking outcomes, and recommending adjustments.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess the effectiveness of implemented changes and ensure sustained improvements.
  • Provide analytical support to senior analysts and leaders by preparing insights, summaries, and performance updates.

Continuous Learning and Tool Adoption - 20%
  • Support the evaluation and adoption of new analytics tools, data sources, or reporting methods by testing features, assessing usability, and recommending enhancements.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of reporting standards, templates, and best practices.
  • Stay current on analytics, reporting, and technology performance best practices through training, collaboration, and self-directed learning.
  • Actively participate in team discussions and initiatives to improve analytical capabilities and business understanding.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of work-related experience.
