Job description

Paver Department Superintendent

We are looking for an experienced Paver Department Superintendent to oversee paver installation projects for residential swimming pool construction and remodeling.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate paver crews and subcontractors.
  • Visit job sites and monitor progress, quality, and safety.
  • Ensure installations meet plans, specifications, and company standards.
  • Coordinate with construction teams and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
  • Verify materials are available and used efficiently.
  • Identify and resolve field issues, punch-list items, and quality concerns.
  • Maintain clear communication with management, subcontractors, and customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in pavers, hardscape, concrete, or residential construction.
  • Previous superintendent, foreman, or field leadership experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of grading, drainage, elevations, base preparation, and paver installation.
  • Ability to read construction plans.
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites.

Full-time position. Outdoor field work and regular job-site travel required.
