Job description

Majestic Plastics is employee owned and seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team in Bellefontaine, Ohio. This is an opportunity to lead people, drive production performance, and work for a stable company that values its team members. If you are a strong leader who enjoys fast-paced manufacturing and wants a schedule that provides more personal time, we would like to talk with you.

Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour

3rd Shift – 11:30pm to 8:00am

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support production employees on the manufacturing floor
  • Drive safety, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations
  • Monitor daily production schedules and staffing needs
  • Troubleshoot production and personnel issues
  • Train and develop team members
  • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management teams
  • Maintain a positive and accountable work environment
  • Help improve efficiency and workflow throughout the shift

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead by example on the production floor
  • Dependable and organized
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Injection molding or plastics experience is helpful, but not required
