We have an exciting opportunity for a SERVICE COORDINATOR at our PROVIDENCE, RI headquarters.
Duties amp; Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and maintain field service and applications engineering schedules to optimize technician utilization, travel efficiency, and customer responsiveness.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests, scheduling, status updates, and service-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate service activities including preventive maintenance, calibration, repair visits, installations, and training events.
  • Prepare quotations for service visits, preventive maintenance agreements, calibration services, repairs, and replacement parts.
  • Review service documentation and ensure completed service activities are accurately processed for invoicing.
  • Support customer warranty claims and service-related administrative processes.
  • Maintain service records, customer information, service contracts, and departmental documentation.
  • Support service metrics reporting, workload tracking, and operational planning activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Support, Applications Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist with customer issue resolution and escalation management through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to service operations, scheduling processes, and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other operational and administrative duties as required to support the Technical Services organization.
Education / Qualifications / Experience:
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, scheduling, operations support, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting field service, manufacturing, technical, or industrial organizations preferred.
