What is a Temporary Personal Injury Attorney?

A Temporary Personal Injury Attorney is a licensed lawyer who is hired on a short-term or contract basis to handle legal matters related to personal injury cases. These attorneys assist law firms or clients with tasks such as case evaluation, litigation, settlement negotiations, or court appearances, typically when there is a surge in workload or a need for specialized expertise. The temporary nature of the role means that the attorney is not a permanent staff member and may work for multiple firms or clients over time. This arrangement is beneficial for both attorneys seeking flexible work and firms needing additional support for specific cases.
