Job Title: PC Assembler paying 18 to 20Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PC Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, computer setup, data processing, and reporting on both hardware and software. Additionally, this role involves web reporting and working with blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and testing of single board computers, embedded PCs, panel PCs, industrial chassis, and workstations.
• Collaborate with quality assurance personnel for efficient integration of industrial PC components.
• Support production technicians in resolving equipment operation issues.
• Examine parts and accessories to ensure conformance with specifications, alerting quality assurance personnel when necessary.
• Maintain tools and equipment and manage the assigned work area.
• Adhere to the quality management system.
• Identify various computer parts and understand their applications.
• Assemble different computer parts and peripherals according to working guidelines.
• Install various types of software based on customer requirements.
• Perform tests to ensure all components and software are fully functional.

Essential Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to perform assembly and testing of industrial PCs and control systems.
• Comfort with production support technician roles.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with assembly line, compounding, packaging, and general production.
• Proficiency in inspection and quality check.
• Familiarity with hand tools and cleanroom protocols.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and electrical assembly tasks.
