Company/Location Overview Buffalo Trace Distillery is a family-owned company based in Franklin County, Kentucky, whose rich distilling tradition dates back to 1787. www.buffalotrace.com Job Description/Responsibilities The Operations Coordinator is responsible for administrative functions in the Craft Bottling Departments, related to the Blanton's and Sazerac Barrel Select label preparation process; tracks upcoming production needs, tracks component inventories, prepares components for the production teams in accordance with the production schedules, and coordinates tasks for a small team of temporary employees. Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications * Successful candidate must have an undergraduate degree (or an equivalent combination of education and work experience * Strong oral & written communication * Planning and organizational skills * Mathematical skills * Analytical, technical, and have problem solving skills * Must have a strong computer acumen * Requires proficiency in Microsoft office products * Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred * APICS Certification or Six Sigma Certifications are a plus #LI-JC1
