Our long-standing client in Louisville, KY is currently seeking 1st and 2nd shift Packers to join their fast-paced manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role supporting the production line by working closely with Machine Operators to ensure quality and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Set up cartons and prepare them for packing finished products
  • Inspect, count, and verify product quality before packing
  • Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality standards
  • Perform basic quality control tasks such as measuring, weighing, and checking appearance
  • Support job changeovers and prepare products for shipping and inventory
  • Participate in daily clean, inspect, and lubrication (CIL) routines
  • Maintain tool organization and a clean, orderly work environment
  • Follow all standardized work procedures and documentation, including:
  • Support Machine Operators and perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
Job Details:
  • Shift time and days:
    • 6:45am - 3:15pm, M-F
    • 2:45pm - 11:15pm, M-F
