About the Client:
The client is an experienced manufacturer and distributor of durable, professional-quality tools, supporting customers across the automotive, industrial, agricultural, electronics, and marine sectors with practical and innovative solutions.
About the Role:
This is not a traditional assembly line position, and no machinery is used. All assembly and packaging tasks are performed by hand. You will manually assemble products, prepare finished items for shipment, and ensure that quality and accuracy standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble 3 lb. and 5 lb. slide hammer kits by hand.
  • Attach hardware components and accessory kits.
  • Package finished products in corrugated boxes.
  • Seal packages using industrial staples and box tape.
  • Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy.
  • Follow production schedules and company quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or factory assembly experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of factory or warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive manual assembly tasks.
  • Experience using basic hand tools is helpful but not required.
  • Mechanical aptitude or handyman experience is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift products as required.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
