Job description

Production Associate – Ron's Staffing

Location: Aurora, IL
Pay Rates:
• 1st Shift: $17.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift: $18.00 per hour
 

Position Summary

Ron's Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to work in a manufacturing environment in Aurora, Illinois. Employees will support production operations, material handling, quality inspections, packaging, and general warehouse duties. Successful candidates must be safety-conscious, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform production and manufacturing tasks as assigned
• Assemble, package, and label products according to company specifications
• Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure product standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Operate equipment and machinery after proper training
• Meet daily production goals and productivity standards
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
• Report quality, safety, or production issues to management

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must meet all customer and company onboarding requirements

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
• Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to work in a production environment

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Safety glasses are required while working in designated production areas.
