Description

HID Global is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to support their enterprise system integration efforts tied to an upcoming Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion transformation initiatives. This role will be based in Austin, TX and will focus on designing, building, and supporting integrations across multiple business-critical systems in a complex enterprise environment. This individual will be on a new team of IT specialists focused on the upcoming Oracle ERP implementation. They will play a key role in delivering net new integrations, connecting ERP platforms with downstream applications, and ensuring secure, scalable data movement across systems. The ideal candidate is both technically hands-on and capable of owning integration work end-to-end, from requirements gathering through deployment and testing. Key Responsibilities Design and build integrations between Oracle ERP systems and enterprise applications Develop and support API-driven integrations using REST and SOAP web services Work within Dell Boomi to create and manage system-to-system integrations Gather requirements and define integration approach across multiple systems Own integration delivery from intake through deployment, including net new builds Navigate security requirements and ensure data integrity across integrations Support testing, validation, and interface design Proactively identify gaps and drive integration work forward with minimal oversight Required Experience 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi Proven experience building net new integrations in an enterprise environment Strong background in API development and system integration Experience supporting Oracle ERP or Oracle Fusion integrations preferred Ability to design and build integrations end-to-end across multiple systems Experience working across complex, multi-system environments Understanding of security and testing requirements within integrations Nice to Have Experience with Oracle Fusion migrations or ERP transformations Azure or cloud-based integration experience Exposure to microservices or event-driven architecture Experience with other integration platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.) CI/CD pipeline exposure (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.) Experience with data mapping, SQL, and system data flows Environment Enterprise environment supporting multiple business units through centralized IT Ongoing ERP and application modernization initiatives High-visibility integration work tied to business-critical systems Fast-moving environment with opportunity to own and drive deliverables Interview Process 3-step process: 30-minute screen with hiring manager Onsite interview (~1.5 hours) Final round (video or follow-up) Team moves quickly on strong candidates Engagement Contract role with strong likelihood of extension or contract-to-hire Initial duration expected around 6 months
