Electrical Construction Project Coordinator
LaSalle Network is hiring an ambitious Electrical Construction Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced electrical construction environment. This role is the backbone of successful projects - keeping documentation accurate, budgets organized and communication flowing between the office and the field.
The ideal Electrical Construction Project Coordinator brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the confidence to collaborate with contractors, engineers and internal stakeholders. What's the job?
  • Coordinate project documentation from pre-construction through closeout
  • Process RFIs, submittals and change management logs
  • Prepare material and subcontractor purchase orders
  • Assist estimators and project managers with proposals and budgets
  • Track inspections, safety documentation and compliance records
  • Support billing, invoicing and monthly cost projections
  • Maintain organized project files and reporting systems
  • Communicate updates to project stakeholders and internal teams

What's needed?
  • 2+ years of administrative or construction office experience
  • Experience in electrical construction preferred
