Whether you already have ophthalmology experience or you've worked as a Medical Assistant, LPN, STNA, Surgical Tech, Phlebotomist, or in another direct patient care role, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

We're partnering with one of Northeast Ohio's premier ophthalmology practices that is growing quickly and hiring six Ophthalmic Assistants immediately.

✔ 3 Positions Available in Canton
✔ 3 Positions Available in Canfield

These positions offer excellent long-term career opportunities with a respected medical practice where you'll work directly alongside physicians and specialists while helping patients protect one of their most valuable senses—their vision.

Pay

$16.00-$23.00+ per hour

Your starting wage is based on:

  • Experience
  • Medical background
  • Certifications
  • Ophthalmology knowledge
  • Credentialing

Exceptional candidates may receive higher starting pay.

Every day is different as you assist physicians in delivering outstanding eye care.

Responsibilities include:

• Patient workups and medical histories

• Vision testing and diagnostic imaging

• Assisting physicians during examinations

• Scribing patient visits

• Preparing exam rooms and equipment

• Assisting with injections and minor procedures

• Educating patients

• Maintaining accurate medical records
