Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch), 40 hours per week

Job Description:

The Office Assistant will provide hands-on administrative support during an office transition. This role focuses on organizing physical and electronic records, preparing documents for secure disposal, and assisting with general office tasks to ensure a smooth relocation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain physical filing systems.
  • Scan paper documents and upload them into electronic filing systems.
  • Prepare confidential files for secure shredding.
  • Operate office equipment, including scanners, copiers, and multifunction printers.
