Temporary Office Administrator / Front Desk Receptionist

Highlands Ranch, CO

Temporary (Contract), approx. 4 weeks

In-Office, Monday–Friday


About the Opportunity


AimHire is seeking a polished, professional, and dependable Temporary Office Administrator to support one of our clients, a globally recognized firm specializing in vertical transportation consulting, at their Highlands Ranch, CO location. This is a temporary assignment covering a planned leave, with an anticipated duration of approximately four weeks.


Schedule & Assignment Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, in office every day
  • Training: August 24, 25, and 28
  • Full assignment: September 2 – September 18 (approximately 4 weeks total)
  • Pay Rate: $26.00/hour
  • Location: Highlands Ranch, CO
  • Dress Code: Business professional


What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist visitors at the front desk with a polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor
  • Answer and route incoming calls on the main phone line (managed through Microsoft Teams, audio-only), blind-transferring calls to the appropriate managers and departments
  • Receive and manage deliveries, including food service and packages
  • Order and maintain office supplies; stock breakrooms and conference rooms
  • Provide general administrative support, including meeting prep, space planning, and workstation set-up for new hires
  • Assist with coordination and setup of on-site company events
  • Support the Executive Assistant/Office Manager and HR team with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Contribute to team efforts by taking direction easily and working with all levels of staff and management


Requirements

  • Previous office administration or front desk/reception experience; 3+ years of administrative experience required
  • Excellent planning, organizational, multitasking skills; able to maintain professionalism through frequent interruptions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong business writing and grammar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
