MCC's Continuing Education Division is seeking enthusiastic and experienced non-credit instructor to provide engaging, hands-on learning experiences for youth participating in summer career exploration camps. Instructors introduce students to industry-related skills, career pathways, and real-world applications in a safe, supportive, and interactive environment. Responsibilities include leading daily activities, supervising participants, promoting student engagement, and creating a positive learning experience that encourages career awareness and personal growth. MCC will hold camps at multiple locations throughout the Metro area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Teaching experience (kids/teens)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and deliver engaging and practical course content
Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping others achieve personal growth and enrichment

This position is Seasonal working close to full-time hours each week.

MCC holds camps at multiple locations throughout the Metro area.
