Deliver personalized 1:1 nutrition recommendations utilizing Exos methodology to drive long‑term behavior change and habit formation. Develop and document individualized nutrition plans, strategies, and behavior modification protocols for both in‑person and remote clients. Lead the collection and analysis of nutrition‑related performance data, including Anthropometrics, Hydration and Metabolic data. Develop strategies and content to educate athletes and staff on optimal fueling for athletic performance. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and feedback.
