UQ Temps offers a wide range of diverse casual opportunities across the University in areas such as:

  • General Administration

  • Executive Assistant

Your responsibilities may vary depending on the role but can include:

  • Managing electronic diaries, booking meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Organising committee/meeting activities, including preparing agendas, scheduling and minute taking.

  • Organising domestic and international travel arrangements as required.
