Job description

Design, build, and operate the plant network — the wired, wireless, and industrial backbone that connects the line, the edge nodes, and the enterprise.

What you'll do
  • Design, deploy, and maintain LAN / WLAN, switching, routing, and firewalls.
  • Build and segment the industrial network (OT / IT) connecting machines, edge nodes, and servers.
  • Ensure reliability, performance, and security across the plant network.
  • Configure VLANs, VPNs, and remote access; run network monitoring.
  • Support the connectivity and bandwidth needs of the edge vision fleet.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues fast to minimize downtime; document the network.
What you bring
  • BS in IT, Networking, EE, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in network engineering.
  • Hands-on with switching, routing, firewalls, and Wi-Fi (Cisco / Aruba / Fortinet or similar).
  • Understanding of OT / IT segmentation and industrial networks a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA / CCNP or equivalent) a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting in a live, always-on environment; on-site.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
