Job description

POST-PRODUCTION EDITOR — MIAMI BEACH

We’re looking for a talented, fast-moving Post-Production Editor to join a growing media production operation in Miami Beach.

We are producing a high volume of original content including talking-head videos, street interviews, podcasts, commercials, social media content, and unscripted/reality-style programming.

THE ROLE

You will work directly with our Director and production team to take raw footage and turn it into polished, engaging, professional content.

Responsibilities include:

• Editing long-form and short-form video
• Creating social cuts, reels, clips, and teasers
• Multicam podcast and interview editing
• Color correction and basic color grading
• Audio cleanup, mixing, and synchronization
• Adding music, graphics, captions, B-roll, and transitions
• Organizing footage and maintaining project files
• Creating multiple versions and aspect ratios for different platforms
• Working closely with the Director on storytelling, pacing, and final cuts
• Delivering content consistently and on deadline

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You should have a strong understanding of storytelling through editing, not simply know how to operate editing software.

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred. After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or similar post-production skills are a major plus.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment where we're pumping out content consistently.

LOCATION

Miami Beach — Lincoln Road & Washington Ave

This is not a remote-only editing position. We want someone local who can work closely with our production team and Director and be available at the studio & office.

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

We are building this production operation aggressively. The company is backed by an established advertising operation with experience in media buying, marketing, production, and scaling brands.

We're looking for someone who wants to become part of the core creative team rather than simply pick up occasional freelance editing jobs.

There is significant room for growth for the right person.
