Job description

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Crane Operator to execute heavy lifts using large tonnage cranes. You will operate both fixed-cab (TSS) and swing-cab (TLL) mobile cranes in a safe and efficient manner. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a comprehensive benefits package.


Key Responsibilities

  • Crane Operation: Safely operate large-capacity mobile cranes (swing-cab and fixed-cab) on various jobsites.
  • Site Assessment: Evaluate ground conditions, clear overhead hazards, and determine proper crane placement.
  • Rigging & Lift Planning: Inspect rigging gear, calculate lift capacities, and execute complex lift plans.
  • Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, ASME guidelines, and company safety protocols. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Required Qualifications

  • NCCCO Certifications: Current TSS (Tower/Fixed Cab) and TLL (Telescopic Boom/Swing Cab) credentials.
  • Driver's License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years operating large tonnage mobile cranes.
  • Physical Ability: Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb into cabs, and work in diverse weather conditions. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
