Position Summary:
As a Courtesy Patrol you will contribute to the seamless operation of the Resort through exceptional customer service. Greet guests and residents warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter the resort. Engage in prompt yet courteous interactions with all residents and guests, maintaining a hospitable and professional demeanor at all times.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.
  • Escort arriving guests to their sites, assisting with parking to prevent damage to resort property.
  • Report departures to the main office in a timely manner, including meter readings.
  • Monitor compliance with the Resort's rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
  • Report rule infractions to management, providing notices to guests as necessary.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements
KEY COMPETENCIES:
  1. Customer Service Skills: Proficient in providing outstanding service to guests and residents, ensuring their needs are met with excellence
  2. Communication Skills: Demonstrated effectiveness in both verbal and written communication, facilitating clear and concise interactions
  3. Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of maintaining composure and finding effective solutions when faced with pressure or challenging situations

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Constantly stand, walk, push, pull, lift grasp; Frequently use arms and hands.
  • Manual dexterity for using kitchen equipment.
  • Clear vision and hearing to communicate effectively.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
