Job description

Job Summary:
The Temporary, Underground, T-Pole Installer will adequately install power poles to ensure safe and reliable power supply to the work site. This entry level position is a great way to get into the residential electrical trade without experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Install Temporary power poles for job sites.
  • Install Meter cans on the exterior of homes.
  • Install underground piping and floor outlets for all new homes according to print.
  • Dig holes and trenches.
  • Setting poles and anchors.
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Must be willing to operate a company vehicle.
  • Able to dig holes and trenches.
  • Ability to read scale blueprints for proper placement of underground pipes, floor outlets, and ground rods.
  • Must have physical dexterity.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 75lbs.

Education and Experience:
  • Highschool diploma or GED required.
  • Experience reading blueprints preferred.
  • Must have valid Driver's license and clean MVR.
