Description and Requirements
The Retail Service Stocker is responsible for ensuring grocery store shelves are fully stocked, organized, and aligned with retailer shelf tag protocols. This role maintains product availability, assists with merchandising and product placement, monitors inventory levels, and communicates store conditions and updates to management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while supporting team goals.

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, and travel as required.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements :
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and climbing.
  • Work performed in both typical store environments and outdoor weather conditions.
  • Noise levels may vary from low to high.
  • Must maintain good attendance and safe work practices.
