Mechanical Project Manager Irvine, CA Currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to fill an opening with a large Mechanical Contractor located in the Irvine area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Plumbing or HVAC Project Management experience and knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, BlueBeam. Responsibilities for the Mechanical Project Manager Manage large Plumbing / HVAC Projects Build and strengthen relationships with our clients (both GC's and Owners) Work with Foreman, Detailers, Estimators and Purchasers to ensure on-time and under-budget delivery on projects Requirements for the Mechanical Project Manager Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar 5+ years of Plumbing or HVAC Project Management experience Knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, BlueBeam preferred PE License LEED Certification Prior field experience.
