Location: Whitestown, IN.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: 70k - 87k
Years of Experience - 3-5 years
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday

In this pivotal role, you will design, develop, and fine-tune manufacturing systems, including extrusion, injection molding, assembly, and packaging. Youโ€™ll collaborate across departments to implement process improvements, develop tooling and fixtures, and ensure products are manufactured cost-effectively and with superior quality. Your expertise will help drive efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain regulatory compliance, supporting our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes such as injection molding and extrusion
  • Proficiency in CAD software for tooling and fixture design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
