Compensation & Schedule:

$25– $28 per hour | Hourly | Full-Time

Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift (3p-11p)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a crew of 5-7 people.
  • Train and motivate temporary labor and build a supportive team environment with a full-time crew.
  • Responsible for knowing and coaching others on material grading
  • Customer service mindset
  • Lead plant safety, maintain a safe plant environment, and maintain compliance with all safety protocol
  • Ability to learn and then safely operate all machines in the plant, including baler, shredder, and roll cutter
  • Ability to learn and safely operate forklifts and skid steers

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role required
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong work ethic, communication, and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Successful completion of a physical, drug screen, and background check
