Job description

Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Loss Prevention Agent in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time temporary position in Dublin, CA, primarily operating remote.

Applicants must be located within the San Francisco, Bay Area

Loss Prevention Agent jobs require candidates to have excellent communication, organization, and must have accuracy and quality of work skills in a high-volume corporate environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below – Apply Now!

Responsibilities for the Loss Prevention Agent include but are not limited to:

  • Identifying and investigating external theft, including organized retail crime activity

  • Conducting surveillance and utilizing CCTV systems to detect suspicious behavior and support case development

  • Apprehension of subjects in accordance with company policy and legal requirements

  • Collaborating with store leadership and law enforcement to resolve incidents and build prosecutable cases

  • Writing clear, detailed incident reports and maintaining accurate case documentation

  • Supporting shrink reduction strategies through observations, audits, and proactive engagement on the sales floor

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Loss Prevention Agent:

  • Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience (LP Retail)

  • External theft and investigative skills

  • CCTV surveillance skills

  • Apprehension policy knowledge

  • Strong report writing & documentation

  • Law enforcement & store partnership experience

  • Basic computer and system navigation skills

  • Detail-oriented and compliant; able to work independently in a remote environment

  • Dedication, commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond

  • Must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities

  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented

  • Maintains confidentiality concerning all information and projects

Pay Details: $34.80 per hour
