Overview

The Video Investment, Supervisor manages the video activation process across the full Video eco-system (Linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, Mobile, Connected TV, etc).  The role supports all activation activities, and manages the workload of and helps train buyers and associates. 

This is a hybrid role, requiring four days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations 

Responsibilities
  • Manages the Video Activation Process across multiple clients independently and efficiently: 
    • Compiles planning costs estimates across portfolio 
    • Populates Planned vs. Purchased document by campaign
    • Oversees Buyer on all negotiations
    • Reviews all buys once finalized
    • Liaise with APEX on VBS buys/partners
    • Develops National Video final buy presentation
    • Manage Digital & Linear video partnerships 
    • Oversees Buyer & Associate on stewardship tasks such as season to date reporting 
  • Leads the post campaign posting process
    • Conducts and compiles post analysis - determines insights and implications of data 
    • Pro-actively identifies/resolves campaign execution issues
    • Works with Planning/Analytics team to develop regular campaign reporting on progress/results against key metrics
  • Serve as main point of contact for Planning Team requests 
    • Cost information, creative questions or programming highlights

Additional Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Manages workload of and helps train Buyer and Associate 
  • Consistently keeps team "in the loop" on status of projects
  • Attends client meetings as requested, and provides timely follow-up to any internal/client requests
  • Maintains understanding of clients' business needs and marketplace
  • Develops strategic relationships with key internal teams (other capabilities) and outside partners
  • Represents Video COE in internal and external discussions across key Video topics 
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years media buying or activation experience 
  • Minimum of 1+ years digital experience 
  • 0 -1+ years management experience (previous intern management experience is applicable) 
  • Optional: HCP/DTC/Pharma experience

 Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $84,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
