Rattache au Responsable Service Clients, vous realisez les interventions sur les installations techniques afin de les maintenir en parfait etat de fonctionnement. Il s'agit de maintenance preventive (visite programmee) ou curative (depannage). 

Afin de reussir dans votre responsabilite, nous vous demandons d'effectuer les taches suivantes:  

• Fournir un service et un soutien a la clientele lors de visites sur le terrain 
• Respecter les plannings 
• Gerer les differentes taches sur le site : la reparation, l'entretien et les tests 
• Diagnostiquer des pannes et des problemes techniques et determiner les solutions appropriees 
• Rediger des rapports des missions en temps et detailles 
• Utiliser les outils et les systemes HVAC d'une maniere securitaire 
• Suivre toutes les procedures et de protocoles des sites clients et internes LIEBHERR 
• Cooperer avec l'equipe technique de Taverny (4 personnes) en partageant les informations  
• Comprendre les exigences des clients et faire des recommandations 
• Etablir des relations positives avec les clients 
• Entretenir son outillage et le vehicule de service 
• Se tenir informe des evolutions techniques 
• Noter les elements necessaires pour l'elaboration d'un eventuel devis 

De plus, vous etes vigilant a propos de la securite des installations et vous alertez en cas de detections d'anomalies. Enfin, vous etes amene a proposer des solutions d'optimisation en collaboration de votre responsable. 

Les travaux SAV sont effectues sur l'ensemble du territoire national, ce qui implique une mobilite professionnelle. Il sera egalement amene a travailler dans les ateliers Liebherr situes 
en region Parisienne.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager , you carry out work on technical installations in order to keep them in perfect working order. preventative maintenance (scheduled visit) or curative (troubleshooting). 

In order to succeed in your responsibility, we ask you to perform the following tasks: 

• Provide customer service and support during field visits 
• Respect schedules 
• Manage the various tasks on the site: repair, maintenance and testing 
• Diagnose breakdowns and technical problems and determine appropriate solutions 
• Write timely and detailed mission reports 
• Use HVAC tools and systems in a safe manner 
• Follow all procedures and protocols of LIEBHERR customer and internal sites 
• Cooperate with the Taverny technical team (4 people) by sharing information 
• Understand customer requirements and make recommendations 
• Establish positive relationships with customers 
• Maintain your tools and the service vehicle 
• Keep informed of technical developments 
• Note the elements necessary for the preparation of a possible quote 

In addition, you are vigilant about the security of the installations and alert you in the event of detection of anomalies. Finally, you are required to propose optimization solutions in collaboration with your manager. 

After-sales service work is carried out throughout the national territory , which implies professional mobility. He will also work in the Liebherr workshops located in the Paris region. 

H/F - Technicien experimente, de formation initiale type genie climatique. Votre formation et votre experience de frigoriste, doublees d'une competence en electricite sont indispensables. 

Vous etes titulaire au minimum d'une habilitation electrique B2V / BR et de l'attestation d'aptitude froid de categorie 1 ou 5. 

Si vous ne possedez pas les habilitations suivantes : BT integrant BE Essais, BC, H0V, Pont roulant, CACES, Travail en hauteur, la societe LIEBHERR vous proposera de les obtenir.

Compte tenu de la dimension internationale du groupe, vous etes amene a echanger regulierement en anglais. Si besoin, vous avez la possibilite de vous perfectionner en participant aux stages proposes par l'entreprise.  

Vous pouvez vous deplacez a un rythme hebdomadaire, sur toute la France et parfois a l'etranger. Mais aussi etre a poste fixe dans les ateliers Liebherr en region Parisienne dans le cas de non interventions exterieures prevues.

M/F - Experienced technician , with initial training in climate engineering. Your training and experience as a refrigeration engineer, combined with skills in electricity, are essential. 

You hold at least a B2V / BR electrical authorization and a category 1 or 5 cold/refrigerant aptitude certificate. If you do not have the following authorizations: BT integrating BE Essais, BC, H0V, Overhead crane, CACES, Working at height, the LIEBHERR company will offer to obtain them.

Given the international dimension of the group , you are required to communicate regularly in English. If necessary, you have the opportunity to improve your skills by participating in internships offered by the company. 

You can travel weekly, throughout France and sometimes abroad. But also be in a fixed position in the Liebherr workshops in the Paris region in the event of no planned external interventions.
