Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and business systems? We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to provide purchasing and order support in a fast-paced business environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience with purchasing processes, vendor communication, data analysis, and ERP systems.

• Accurately enter and maintain order, purchasing, and vendor information in company systems
• Review and update order records to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Perform basic data analysis related to purchasing activity, open orders, and order status
• Expedite orders by communicating with vendors regarding delivery schedules and updates
• Follow up on order delays, product availability, and other vendor-related issues
• Update and replace MRO items within internal systems as needed
• Support EPO-related data entry and system maintenance
• Provide customer service and support to internal stakeholders
• Maintain professional communication with vendors and cross-functional teams
• Assist with additional administrative and purchasing-related tasks as assigned

• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, purchasing support, or customer service
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using ERP systems is required
• Ability to review data and identify discrepancies or missing information
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable interacting with vendors and internal teams
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with MRO, EPO, or purchasing systems is a plus

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

This is a Contract position based out of Northbrook, IL.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
