Core Responsibilities:
  • Drive global marketing performance by developing strategic investment plans that optimize ROI, align with our marketing strategy, and enhance cohesion across LEGO Group's diverse markets.

  • Shape marketing assumptions for consumer audiences and LEGO® themes as part of the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process, partnering closely with various global and regional marketing and commercial teams. Lead the allocation of marketing funds to ensure optimal impact and alignment with global targets for both in-year and future (Y+1) investments.

  • Assess the impact of marketing activities and investment changes on long-term demand, providing key inputs for early planning phases.

  • Develop and communicate investment strategies and guidelines that enhance Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) based on audience insights, business performance, and modeling outcomes, and advise on budget allocation to drive marketing effectiveness and efficiency

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both global and regional partners across functions and seniority levels, aligning priorities, influencing decision-making, and driving followership to advance shared commercial and marketing objectives.

  • Use data and analytics to identify global and regional trends, risks, and opportunities, informing future investment decisions and supporting performance and demand planning.

  • Deliver ad-hoc theme or audience analyses to enhance business visibility and contribute to global insights when required.

  • Contribute to process and project improvements that strengthen team efficiency and satisfaction.

Through strategic foresight and data-driven decision-making, this role ensures marketing investments deliver strong returns, strengthens brand impact, and enables scalable growth across markets.
Do you have what it takes?
  • Proven experience in marketing investment planning or business analysis with a regional focus.

  • Strong grasp of data analytics and its application in marketing investment decision-making.

  • Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling and forecasting sales based on marketing channels.

  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, with the ability to align marketing initiatives with overarching corporate objectives.

  • Effective communication and engagement skills with a track record of building consensus.

  • Agility in adapting to new trends and changing market conditions to optimize marketing investments.

  • Leadership experience with a background in cross-functional team collaboration.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related analytical field preferred.

Nice to have:

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $134,750.00 - $202,126.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
