Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Learning Architect (Curriculum & Training Specialist) to own platform-specific curriculum design, development, and maintenance within a structured operating model.
In this role, you will partner with site Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Platform Leads, and Centers of Excellence (COE) to ensure training content remains current, strictly compliant, and aligned with complex manufacturing process needs. You will apply process-based curricula principles to streamline learning, optimize Time to Qualification, and uphold high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Design & Development: Design and develop platform-specific training content within established governance frameworks, focusing heavily on platform-level content and process-based curricula with task-level qualification.
  • Content Governance & Compliance: Ensure all learning materials align with global standards and quality systems, pulling foundational global content from the COE and managing learning equivalencies and exceptions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Platform Leads on strategy, interface with COE networks, and collaborate with site-level teams to ensure training reflects real-world manufacturing execution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive Time to Qualification optimization initiatives by identifying training burdens, content redundancies, and qualification bottlenecks using data-driven insights.
Key Requirements
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (or a minimum of 10 years of equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree) accompanied by 5+ years of experience working in a GxP-regulated environment.
  • Core Expertise: Demonstrated functional expertise in Learning & Development, instructional design, or Manufacturing/Quality operations, with a strong grasp of GMP training requirements and compliance.
  • Curriculum Architecture: Experience designing process-based or competency-based training frameworks and utilizing learning management systems.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple sites, time zones, and multidisciplinary teams (Quality, Operations, Engineering).
Nice-to-Haves
  • Deep technical knowledge of platform-specific manufacturing processes (e.g., Biologics, Chemical, PFS, Cartridge).
  • Experience with digital learning tools, structured On-the-Job Training (DOJT), and standardization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise learning or HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
