JOB SUMMARY
The Machine Operator keep each of their multiple machines running and ensuring components are within their specifications of quality and print.
RESPONSIBILTIES
โ€ข Oversee the production of machining parts per customer's specification and quality standards
โ€ข Operate multiple Mazak/Swiss machines
โ€ข Communicate with supervisor and peers on jobs
โ€ข Fill way oil
โ€ข Complete and submit stock sheet for job running
โ€ข Mop floors and clean area
โ€ข Clean out machines
โ€ข Maintain the machines, oil, coolant, chip barrels
โ€ข Program, offset, and change tools
โ€ข Other duties as assigned
Hours are 7am-3:30pm
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Regulatory Requirements: US Person Qualified and No Felony Conviction(s)
S Swiss Lathe Experienced Required
Good math aptitude
Able to read and understand blueprints
Comprehend reading and using gages
Multitask, manage multiple machines
Critical thinking
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within an organization
