Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation to travel to and between work sites as required by the position

Depending on experience, candidates may be considered for one of the following labor positions:

  1. Labor Foreman 
    • 10–15 years of construction experience
    • Proven ability to manage and lead a labor crew
    • Strong leadership and coordination skills on active job sites
  2. Journeyman Laborer
    • Minimum 5 years of experience on construction sites
    • Skilled in material handling and debris/rubbish removal
    • Able to perform site dewatering, sweeping, and general labor tasks
    • Reliable and adaptable to various site needs
  3. General Laborer
    • No experience necessary
    • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
    • Interest in growing into a journeyman laborer role
    • Not intended for candidates seeking apprentice carpenter roles
  4. Cleaning Laborer
    • Typically assigned late in the construction project
    • Responsible for finish/final cleaning
    • Tasks include vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning glass, etc.
    • Attention to detail and pride in delivering a clean, finished space

  • Receiving material deliveries, organizing materials, and material inventory
  • Building scaffolding and temporary structures
  • Staging jobsites
