Description
Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors.
Job Overview:
Nemean Solutions is seeking experienced individuals to serve as Role Players in support of military training exercises conducted from August 18 through August 26. Role Players create realistic operational environments by portraying a variety of characters and scenarios that enhance the training of U.S. military personnel.
Assignments may include portraying American citizens, foreign nationals, law enforcement personnel, Department of State representatives, opposition forces, high-value individuals, and other scenario-specific roles.
This role is a 1099 independent contractor position and isnot eligible for employee benefits. Services will be performed during the following period of performance:
  • Dates: 18 - 26 August 2026
  • Work Schedule: 8-12 hour shifts (schedule varies based on exercise requirements)

Work hours and dates are fixed based on Government training requirements and are subject to mission schedule adjustments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Portray assigned characters and scenarios in accordance with exercise objectives.
  • Participate in pre-exercise briefings, rehearsals, and training.
  • Follow exercise scripts and adapt to evolving training scenarios.
  • Operate in rural, urban, and maritime training environments.
  • Safely operate training weapons, weapon simulators, or other assigned exercise equipment as directed.
  • Maintain professionalism while interacting with military personnel, evaluators, and exercise staff.
  • Follow all safety procedures and exercise instructions.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements/Education:
  • Prior military, law enforcement, or comparable operational experience.
  • United States citizenship.
  • Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts during the exercise period of August 18-26.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements consistent with the Navy Physical Readiness Program (OPNAVINST 6110.1J) prior to participation.
  • Proficiency operating small arms or training weapon systems appropriate to assigned exercise duties.

Clearance Requirement:
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET Security Clearance, if required for the assigned role.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk, stand, climb, crouch, and move over uneven terrain for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely perform duties in austere environments, including rural, urban, and maritime locations.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions while wearing assigned equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience serving as a military exercise role player.
  • Foreign language proficiency (when required for specific exercise scenarios).
  • Experience supporting Special Operations or Department of Defense training exercises.
