Job description

Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in New Haven, Connecticut.

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RN) for a 13-week night-shift contract in New Haven, CT.

This is a high-volume Adult Level I Trauma Center with approximately 300 ED visits per day and an average patient ratio of 1:6.

The RN will care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department.

 Requirements
  • 2 years of ED experience preferred
  • Candidates with 1.5+ years may be considered with experience from a similar hospital
  • Level I Trauma experience required
  • Travel experience not required
  • Epic experience preferred
  • Teaching hospital experience preferred
  • Must be willing to float/cross-train to other campuses and ED Observation
  • First-time travelers not accepted
