Company description
PHM is the leading health media agency in the US, built for the modern healthcare experience. Here, industry depth meets media scale, where data becomes direction, where creativity and storytelling bring truth to life, and where orchestration replaces fragmentation.
Dedicated to making brands discovered, PHM redefines what media can do through data, content, and creativity. Because in modern healthcare, the brands that are found are the ones that lead. And when brands lead, advantage follows. Go deeper. Be found.
Overview
The Senior Analyst, TAAG, will be responsible for executing, troubleshooting, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise in ad serving, trafficking, and campaign execution, along with collaboration across media, creative, and technology teams to ensure seamless activation.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
  • Flawlessly execute digital media campaigns, including display, video, social, mobile, and programmatic.
  • Traffic creative assets, set up campaign configurations, and implement tracking pixels within ad servers.
  • Ensure proper integration of third-party verification and fraud prevention tools.
  • Confirm account process is adhered to by self and junior team members as set by TAAG leadership.
  • Conduct frequent audits and QA to maintain accuracy in campaign execution.

Technology & Troubleshooting:
  • Troubleshoot internal and external ad server system issues.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for ad tech queries across global offices.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital media technology and contribute to process improvements.

Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with media, creative, and investment teams to activate and monitor campaigns.
  • Support the TAAG Manager and Associate Director on campaign execution and process documents.
  • Provide guidance to Analysts and assist in training new hires.
  • Interface with external partners (vendors, publishers, creative agencies) to resolve issues and align on execution.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Ad Operations, Media Technology, or related digital advertising fields.
  • Proficiency in ad serving platforms (GMP, Innovid, XR), DMPs, DSPs, verification tools (DV, IAS), and tag management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate complex technical problems related to advertising technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of online advertising pricing models (CPA, CPM, CPC, CPI) a plus.
  • Exposure to HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting creative implementations a plus.
  • Experience working with media planning and buying teams a plus.
