Job Description

This position is an entry level position on the manufacturing floor. Qualified candidates must be able to perform a variety of jobs, tasks, or duties as required; and must be able to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as required.

The tasks required, but not limited to, are general housekeeping, clean up, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication (oiling, greasing, etc.), sample retrieval, power washing, lifting and hauling items up and down stairs, dump rework, and operate a motorized forklift and a variety of other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

1. Keep lines stocked with packaging materials
2. Operate production lines through breaks and lunches
3. Run production line when Operator is not available
4. Fill out appropriate paper work while covering for Line Operator
5. Basic troubleshooting and repair of packaging equipment
6. Knowledge of basic operation for equipment on line
7. Understand and perform basic tasks as needed within the M3 inventory system
8. Support production goals and progress through communication and teamwork with Operators

Qualifications

Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent - REQUIRED & VERIFIED

Related Experience:  Previous relevant experience preferred, but not required.

Equipment/Software Skills: Basic computer knowledge - data entry

2. Learn and follow written rules and procedures
3. Produce accurate documentation
4. Maintain acceptable attendance
5. Must be willing and able to learn various positions
6. Must fill in when needed in temporary/permanent vacancies 

Additional Information

Salary Range: $41,600 - $50,648 / Annually

Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, and work at heights
