This is a Full time position with an excellent base salary (commensurate with experience)+ excellent commission structure / benefits.

Job duties:

  • prospect potential new business;
  • cold call (over the phone and in person) companies and develop client relations to promote market recognition and escalate staffing sales identify client needs, develop innovative strategies and solidify new business;
  • exploring all facets of capabilities to successfully connect with clients maximize optimal staffing operations through accurately and promptly preparing staffing employee paperwork and client billing match candidates skills
  • coordinate applicant interviews with clients and prep/debrief applicants before/after interviews negotiate rates with clients and facilitate placement of candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent role
  • communicate with clients and build strong relationships
  • explore various tools to recruit quality candidates quickly and calmly resolve issues as they arise
  • answer phones and pitch in with office tasks
Qualifications
  • Associate OR Bachelor's Degree-preferably in Business, Communications, or PR
  • 1 years Sales (new graduates also encouraged to apply) a plus
  • Staffing Coordination AND Recruitment experience in the staffing industry a plus;
  • staffing exposure in IT Industry areas a plus assertiveness to cold call clients along with eagerness to "go the distance" to build business unparalleled communication rapport;
