Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Training will be on 1st shift, then position will move to 2nd shift
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Work Environment: Cold environment, approximately 30 degrees

Job Description:

We are currently hiring an Inventory Associate for a warehouse/cold storage environment. This position will begin with training on 1st shift and will later transition to a regular 2nd shift schedule.

The Inventory Associate will be responsible for assisting with inventory control, counting products, organizing materials, verifying item numbers, and helping ensure inventory accuracy. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a cold environment of approximately 30 degrees.

Job Duties:

  • Perform inventory and cycle counts as needed
  • Verify product numbers, quantities, and locations
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing materials
  • Pull, move, and stage products as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Report inventory discrepancies to the supervisor
  • Follow all company safety and cold storage procedures
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be able to train on 1st shift and move to 2nd shift after training
  • Must be comfortable working in a cold environment, approximately 30 degrees
  • Previous inventory, warehouse, or cold storage experience preferred
  • Basic math and counting skills required
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed throughout the shift
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Dress Code/PPE:

  • Warm clothing is recommended due to cold environment
