At Kindeva, we're more than a global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). We're a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. We're looking for a Supply Chain Planner II to drive end-to-end planning across demand, production, and materials while supporting the continued growth of our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

The Impact You Will Make

As a Supply Chain Planner II, you will be responsible for integrating client demand signals with manufacturing capacity and supply constraints to develop feasible, optimized production plans that ensure high service levels, operational efficiency, and controlled inventory.

You will serve as a key cross-functional partner, supporting forward-looking planning activities and helping enable scalable business growth. Your work will directly support production continuity, customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and overall supply chain performance in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will exemplify Kindeva's KIND Values: Kinetic, Innovation, Now, and Delivery.

  • Evaluate forecast accuracy and identify risks, gaps, and variability.
  • Challenge and refine demand assumptions in collaboration with commercial and client teams.
  • Maintain demand visibility to support medium- and long-term planning decisions.
Master Production Planning
  • Develop and maintain a feasible master production schedule aligned with demand, capacity, and material availability.
  • Sequence production to optimize throughput, minimize changeovers, and meet delivery commitments.
  • Continuously adjust schedules based on changes in demand, capacity constraints, or supply risks.
  • Drive schedule adherence and stability while managing priority changes.
  • Conduct planning activities within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and release production orders in the system.
Capacity & Scenario Planning
  • Perform rough-cut and detailed capacity planning for production lines, labor, key equipment, and manufacturing campaigns.
  • Balance demand with available capacity and proactively identify constraints.
  • Develop actionable mitigation plans for capacity shortfalls or demand surges.
  • Conduct what-if scenario analyses to evaluate impacts of demand changes, supply disruptions, or capacity shifts.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support trade-off decisions related to service levels, inventory, and cost.
  • Support prioritization decisions across multiple clients and products.
Inventory & Materials Alignment
  • Collaborate to ensure alignment between production plans and material availability.
  • Provide forward-looking visibility into demand and production changes that may impact inventory requirements or replenishment strategies.
  • Partner on the development and adjustment of inventory targets, including safety stock and reorder points, by providing demand variability and production insights.
  • Identify potential material gaps and proactively escalate risks that could impact production continuity or customer commitments.
  • Support prioritization and trade-off decisions when material constraints impact multiple products or clients.
  • Participate in regular planning alignment activities to ensure synchronization across demand, production, and materials plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) cycles, including demand, supply, and executive reviews.
  • Communicate supply risks, constraints, and mitigation plans clearly to stakeholders.
  • Support New Product Introductions (NPIs), scale-up activities, and technology transfers.
Systems & Data Management
  • Maintain planning data within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
  • Ensure data integrity for Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, lead times, and capacity parameters.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including forecast accuracy, On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, inventory turns, and schedule adherence.
QualificationsRequired
